Hey mates. Friend of mine convinced me to give AOS a try and after a week or so of videos and talking to people I am open to giving it a try. And as for the army, while there where a few that where interesting and while the Stormcast Eternals are an option I wanted to explore the idea of running an Army of the Free People, particularly the regular humans. From looking at them, they seem to benefit greatly from the use of Generals on a Griffon and Demigryph Knights but other then that I am still lacking the knowledge so I would appreciate all the help you can give me mates.

And more of a personal question, but can the Free People still run regular Human Knights with horses? Or are those gone for good atm?

They aren't gone for good you can still take them, but they don't have the free peoples keyword sadly. They are named Knights of Order and should be on the Empire legacy allegiance.
