I have a collection of Iron Warriors Space Marines.. mostly Tacticals, but there is a nice benefit here..

EVERY model has some of the metal Iron Hands upgrade kit parts.. be it Legs, Bionic Arms, Bolter Arms.. every model is a hybrid of Metal and Plastic.

EVERY model also has a metal Iron Warriors shoulderpad.

PLUS.. (yes, lots of emphatical Capitalization).. there is a large amount of UNUSED Iron Warrior conversion parts too
