Well no question is ever stupid I tell my kids, but I have a feeling it could be with a new edition coming out in June. So I take it, there will be no General's Handbook 2018, or does this mean we get the new edition, but will still need to buy the General's Handbook 2018 because it will have the points and the new edition will not have the points.

Not sure if I missed it being said or not so I am asking.

Davor

Agies Grimm:The "Learn to play, bro" mentality is mostly just a way for someone to try to shame you by implying that their metaphorical nerd-wiener is bigger than yours. Which, ironically, I think nerds do even more vehemently than jocks.

Everything is made up and the points don't matter. 40K or Who's Line is it Anyway?

There will be a GHB 2018 according to the edition announcement. The new edition book doesn't sound like it'll contain points adjustments, so those will still need to be in the GHB.

2000 Khorne Bloodbound (Skullfiend Tribe- Aqshy)
1000 Tzeentch Arcanites (Pyrofane Cult - Hysh) in progress
2000 Slaves to Darkness (Ravagers)

Thank you En Tyme. So the new edition will cost more to play. Here is hoping GW is still going to keep the prices reasonable. Anyone remember how much the GH 2017 costs?

The new edition will cost the same as the current edition: nothing.

Have you read the PDF GW put up about it?

From the description, the new core rules will still be 100% free online and the majority of the edition book will be fluff and army descriptions similar to the 40k 8th edition BRB. The price will be about the same if I was betting, but hopefully it'll be cheaper than the $60 USD they charged for the 40k rulebook. The GHBs were $25 USD each, and I don't see them changing that.

Yeah I read that. Sadly I totally forgot about that part. I lost my job so I am not reading things properly and I have missed that part and didn't really register it. Mind is all messed up.Dang depression came back. Thanks for pointing it out, didn't realized I am that zoned out that I am not retaining the information I just read yesterday.

Thanks Auticus. I am going to try what I always wanted to do when AoS started. Going to do that now. It's helping now, and hoping to get a new job soon so I can get all these new goodies coming out.

Take care of yourself, Davor. I've lost friends to depression in the past.
