Such as Screaming Jets, Cloudstrike, Strike from the Shadows etc....there's no limit save on how many CP's you have....you can use them pregame start however many times you wish?

Yes. Many are however one use only. Read carefully

Be aware, that with the new beta rules, more than half your army (based on point value) has to start the game on the board, so you still can't null-deploy if that's what you're thinking.

Combined Power rating, not point value.

My Excel sheet has an entry for power levels and number of drops and figures whether the list is legal or not for me!

You couldn't null deploy in Matched play to begin with (Tactical Reserves, pg. 215 of the main rulebook). The beta rule simply adds a further restriction on what you can keep in tactical reserve.

Beware the beware you can still pseudo null deploy by putting as many single model characters in a transport via beta rules RAW.

Requiring half your power level to be on the board esentially killed null deployment, though why it's not just points, stupid GW.

You can do some gamey things to abuse the beta rules, but it's still better than the 200 points on the table 1800 T1 deepstrike that was the old rules.
