Alright I had my shot at a competitive eldar/dark eldar mixed list tonight and still had some troubles. After talking things out with my buddy and thinking about Nova tournament coming up here soon, here’s my next list.

List looks good, BUT you should make 2 small changes if you are taking this to NOVA.

1. Give the relic to a different commander, so if you loose your warlord you don't loose both CP farming abilities.

2. NOVA requires you to select 2 units as tertiary objective grabbers. They can not shoot while they are scoring tertiary points. The lascannons would be a waste in those slots. I just noticed that you also have plasma squads... Regardless, 2 squads will not be able to shoot, except overwatch.... If you drop one lascannon, use the points for a platoon commander. That should give you extra orders to have most of your squads re roll all failed hits.

Oh gosh, for some reason I can’t access Novas missions on my iphone. I will have to try and find these rules out.

Id drop the astropath use the points for some heavy bolters to pair with the plasma infantry. Or maybe drop some heavy bolter sponsors in addition to grab another primaris psyker to double buff pask with -1 to hit and +1 save because he is both great and a huge bullet magnet as a result. Spend the command point and give another commander the relic of lost cadia. Maybe a lord commissar with the blade of conquest to roll with the bullgryns and priest if you didnt like the other suggestions for the astropath point use and if you dont mind spending an extra 2 cp but you have more than enough with strategist/aquila.

I’m pretty short on points and upgrading things at the moment. So right now the primaris psyker takes the +1 save and -2 LD ability and the astropath takes the -1 to hit ability. They cast the +1 save and -1 to hit on the bullgryns and the damn things become extremely hard to kill or move. And they also beat things down with the priest also giving them all +1 attack.
