Get tesla instead of gauss on your immortals and you should be fine an i also think destroyers come in min squads of 3 so you might need to check that

Solid. Maybe take a regular lord instead of D Lord as he can also buff your immortals and your Destroyers. Free up some points as well to get a 9th Destroyer (maybe) or make 2 4 man squads and take a unit of scarabs for the outrider with the extra points.
Unless you are going for the Nano Casket "unkillable" rez D lord build.

Only downer about using a normal lord for this is that they only move 5 inches. It really limits your ability for your destroyers to get where they need to go.
I'd do the following

Swap at least 2 immortal squads to Tesla

Roll the outrider entirely into the battalion, save yourself the 120 points on the destroyer lord

With the 120 points savings, roll your current 3 squads of x3 x3 and x2 into 2x4, and then spend 100 more to buff both squads to 5 man squads, reducing the chance they get wiped.


Swap the Spearhead OL to a Cryptek with a Cloak for healing on the Doomsday Arks.

Should leave you with a few points left, maybe enough to shoehorn in 1x3 squad of scarabs as objective grabbers.

I thought so too but from the Codex:
This unit contains 1 Destroyer. It can include up to 5 additional Destroyers. If the unit contains at least three models, a Heavy Destroyer can take the place of a Destroyer.
