I’m pretty new to 40k I’ve had maybe 10 games most of them fun(tau are not a fun opponent for me ) and a mixed bag to wins and losses
Really looking for a bit of veteran advice on my list not so much as a 100% win but just to give me a chance.

So the cyber wolves are just for objectives really the flyer could be optional for blood claws or wulfen or nothing depending on opponent Bjorn ideally with njal walking up the bored maybe with troops or the flyer in front ofc I have stratagem to bring infantry on should I need it just worry that I’ve got to many expensive units with it being a small tourney should I drop things ? All advice criticism most welcome

Does this list represent all the models you own? If not I'd trade out Bjorn for a unit of Wolfguard bikers with storm bolters and a few storm shields. Would substitute Njal for a wolf priest with jump pack to deep strike with the wulfen when you outflank them with the strategem. If there's any points left over from switching out the 2HQ you have now you can sub in a wolf guard battle leader or wolf lord and throw him in the storm wolf with Lukas and the blood claws. I'd trade out 1 squad of blood claws for a 5 man squad of grey hunters. Then stuck Lukas all the claws and your second HQ in the flyer.

Models not being used are venerable dread with axe and shield primaris set (Gravis captain ,2 lt 2 intersesors squads 1 squad of interceptors )
Predator (4 las cannons) I have 2 box’s of wulfen and 2 boxes of Thunder cavalry , ulrik , Wolf lord.

No bikes but I’ve been picking stuff up when I can so I may purchase them next would you load them up with melee and range weapons maybe 2 shield ?

Why add grey hunters is it not better to have blood claws to benefit from Lukas attack?

I'd load the wolf guard with stormbolters and only a couple guys use shields. Between the bikes twin bolters and their stormbolters they put out 8 shots each at 12". The stormwolf can only hold 16 models. That's why I suggested using the 12 claws with Lukas and another hq in the flyer. I'd sub the 3rd squad for grey hunters because they can shoot better. Foot slogging the blood claws would be unwise.

Here's my 1k list as an example. It's done really well in this configuration but it could be modified based on the opponent. Puts out a lot of shooting. My wulfen however are always the MVP. The scouts can outflank naturally and are great for anti armor suicide missions.

I like the idea of wolf guard on bikes but I can’t find them anywhere ? Do I have to combine wolfguard with space marines bikes ?

Yeah it's easy. You could just paint marine bikes in space wolf colors or use any space wolf bits you have to make them look the part. I did head swaps and added other bits. I got my bikes super cheap from people selling their collection at my local shop and prowling eBay.
