Sometimes I suddenly have strange thoughts in my head. This time - "is it possible to convert a car into electric car"? Throw out the engine and the exhaust, to put the electromotor and many batteries.
Some small lightweight car as a base. For example, this:

I guess, it's impossible to register homemade car. Just driving for fun out of main roads.

What do you think? Is this just an accidentaly came thought that must be forgotten?

In the US it would be legal to register a car you had created yourself. And it would be legal to convert a gas car into an electric.

Now is this a good idea? Probably not. The batteries needed to drive a car are quite dangerous to be mucking about with so unless you know what you are doing it would be best to leave it alone.

Another downside is you'd probably never find a mechanic willing to do any maintenance on it, so you'd have to do everything yourself. Though if you'd made it yourself perhaps that wouldn't be an issue.

There is an instructable for how to do so here. so, as a proof of concept, it's obviously doable.

I doubt very much it's a worthwhile endeavor outside of from a hobby perspective for the reasons already given above though. I don't know that much about large banks of batteries but I would have safety concerns at a minimum.

Plenty of people have done it. I've seen full electric drive trains ripped out of their original vehicles and shoved into other vehicles.

Whether you can register it or not depends on where you live. Most places have allowances for one off vehicles that you don't intend to mass produce. Over here the vehicle needs to be inspected and signed off on by a certified engineer and it's wise to talk to such an engineer before building it lest they tell you it's not good enough.
