Slippery Ultramarine Scout Biker

Barcelona, Spain

This is my first ever post on a 40k forum, though I've been playing said game for almost six years now. Until the release of Forgebane I only played Ultramarines (I got around 5000 points), but recently I've been really excited about the Necrons; some change is always refreshing. Nevertheless, I am fully commited to the Emperor, so no need to report to the Inquisition.
I mainly play with my friends group (we are six) and every once in a while I go to an independent store in Barcelona. I play weekly with my best friend at my house on a homemade table. We also love to have long game discussions, just like any player. My style is very much relaxed and friendly; I love classic marines with rhinos, dreads and characters. Not a big fan of Primaris lore or miniatures, I've got some but all unprimed and in the bottom of my army case. I'm not an expert lorewise in any way; I know the basics and prefer to just adapt it to my preferences. Until recently I had a more or less "unorganised" army; with no symbols or markings on any minis. However, I decided to fix this so I rebased 40+ marines and reorganised my full Ultramarines army to a full demi-2nd and some 4th components. I did all the markings and named many characters, but changed some things: for example, I eliminated the combat role symbols (devastator, tactical, etc.) just because I don't like the look on marines. I could do a full post on this, but I'll save this opportunity for when I finish my demi-company 2000pts list (around 75% painted). This big rework on my minis, plus the release of 8th, really made me realise how much I love 40k and my commitment to keep playing and painting. Seriously, a hobby like 40k, with friends, really influences life situation.

As said, I could go on for hours, but this is just my basic introduction.

Cheers,

"Eventually, everything falls to a bolter"

Hi,

Welcome to Dakka
