No idea why they put a pic of Bobby in it, as the story doesn't seem to involve the Ultramarines.

Looks like Lion is flashback and the Bobby is present time. He's pissed off due to Lion in past having presumably banished and now it's present time. Bobby there because Bobby is GW's posterboy ATM. Can't avoid having him there even in DA story.
