You can use Nurglings as Tzaangors for all the rules care. The Shield and Sword build, along with the Dual Blades, can both easily be
WYSIWYG'ed into the Tzaangor Blades loadout. The chainsword and pistol option is just that, an option. By default Tzaangors don't come with them. And even if they didn't, so long as you represent it on your army list and tell your opponent "These dudes have magical guns that look like shields", everything is hunky dory.
