If I am in close combat with a unit with multiple wych units, does my opponent have to roll off with each unit if he wants to fall back?

'No Escape' states you only roll if within 1" of any enemy models (and not units), so it doesn't matter whether the unit is within 1" of one model with the ability or 12, or any number between or beyond. You only roll off once for that unit wishing to Fall Back

The rule is worded in such a way that you only ever make one "no escape" check.
