Hey guys, i recently got these 5 rhinos and the ground troops ( what troops are they exactly ), would some one please tell me what else is needed to have a reasonly good chaos army besides what i already have here. And please let me know if one of the tanks are not allowed to be in chaos army ( Only want GW Tournament rules ) based on me not knowing if they are all specifically chaos rhinos or perhaps DA rhinos or BA or SM rhinos ( or does it not matter because CSM and SM are sort of related and therefore only thing that matters probably is that i atleast make the tank in a chaos paint scheme/Add chaos symbols to it so it clearly represents Chaos?.

Oh the ones with faded paint is from me stripping the paint. ( they were completely red with i dont think thinned paint.

Yep all usable in a CSM army, the tanks are Rhino APCs and are just fine. The troops are standard CSM marines, painted in Black Legion colours. Looks like two plasma guns, one flamer, one icon bearer and a missile launcher, the pistol that has fallen off in the last pic is a plasma pistol.

Awsome just like i thought. Im gonna paint strip those tanks and paint all the same.

Stripping large models like that can be pretty difficult/expensive, if the paint is thin enough then you might just be able to paint straight over it (depending upon what colour you are going for).
If you are in need of hobby supplies/paints then check out mighty ape as they are cheaper and also have a huge range.

Yeah, some one told me about army painter paints or some thing from there. il check it out

If its not spray painted like the black i cant get off the marines, it should be easy enough, just drop it in the isopropyl alcohol and leave over night, then hopefully it will just fall right off with a toothbrush scrub. I think if there primed with spray its generally harder to remove, i dunno.

The space marine with the little bit of gold paint on his scope is a example of one not being sprayed with spray paint, and all its paint came off very easily ( was completely painted before )
