Actually started this a year ago when I picked up a Tamiya Centurion MK.III for £25.
Decided it'd make a fun project making it into a Macharius Vanquisher and after picking up bits and pieces...I just left it to gather dust...
But now I'm gonna try and get it done!
Base colour applied. Masking tape to be cut tomorrow and work on the camouflage pattern

Camouflage has been applied.
Unfortunately the masking tape removed some paint from the barrels. Unfortunate but not entirely surprised by this as they are not the right kind of plastic.
No matter. It can be fixed.

Well this is certainly turning out to be unpopular. I thought the sherman was hated...oh well.
Chipping and transfers all done.
Barrel sealed with gloss varnish to prevent further damage.
Still need to chip lower hull and then start shading with washes.

That is a brilliant conversion and excellent paint job too, the weathering on the gun barrels and exhaust is fantastic!
Great use of Space Marine smoke launchers and various Imperial Guard bits, although personally I would have used the Imperial Guard Vehicle Accessory bits instead of 1/35 petrol barrels and jerry cans as they seem a little large for the average Guardsman...
Overall a unique way to field an armoured vehicle, I particularly like how it is bristling with smaller caliber weapons!

Oh...I'd never even noticed this was commented on.
I'd stopped due to lack of interest. So at the moment I've had no drive to touch this any further.

That’s a shame, it’s quite an interesting conversion.

I served in the Canadian Forces 15th Field Royal Canadian Artillery, and a fan of militaria I particularly like the Centurion Mark 1 with the 20mm Polsten cannon
