I know in the AoS app things are locked out unless you have bought the book through the app. Does anyone know what is unlocked if you buy the General's Handbook? I bought GH2017 but I can't remember if that unlocked anything within the app. I don't know if I want to buy the GH2018 if it's available through the app again.

Also does anyone know if the GH2017 was updated when the FAQs came out? Just trying to see what the best option is for me.

Everything is made up and the points don't matter. 40K or Who's Line is it Anyway?

If you're willing to pay for Azyr, I'm pretty sure you get everything but Warscroll Battalions. Those are still locked. But, if I remember correctly, Azyr is only $0.99/month and unlocks all point values for all models and warscroll battalions across all of AoS. It just doesn't show you the Warscroll Battalions themselves (only point values).

Azyr does also let you know if an army is valid via Games Workshop's rules and allows you to print out your army sheet in a very nice format for use in a game.

Just my $0.02

Just as a note: Azyr is horrible for checking if your army is legal. It's been wrong on so many counts in the past, I would never trust it.
