So i have a single box of Scourges. absolutely love them (the model and the weapon choice)
That being said, Until i get more I'm trying to figure out how to gear my dark winged death squad.

Personally i like the idea of 4 Haywire blasters(antitank and light infantry) however that means buying 3 more from some bits location.
Option 2 would be Kit bash for 3 more blasters. Which i'm kinda hesitant on. That's a lot of points.
Option 3 would be to just build with one of each weapon that comes in the kit. screwing towards the antitank options.

Those options above are included with the idea that i'm kind of light on Anti Tank so that's why i got the scourges.

So in question format: Are Scourges effective in a tank role as long as the take anti tank weapons and can those weapons be mixed or do they need to be matched?

Thanks for he input

I was able to convert up 3 more haywire blasters out of my bits box pretty easily, but I have a lot of the starweaver kits from the Harlequin line lying around, and they came with haywire cannons that I never used because I always built starweaver instead of voidweavers.

You're better off specializing if you can.

My top pick for them is Haywire Blasters with all the Knights stomping around. Regular ol' Blasters are also fine, but way more expensive.

haywire blasters are just amazing. any chance you can get some mortal wounds on 4+, always a good option. Plus they each get d3 shots. so your looking at more shots than blasters and something that can do very well against knights and any other vehicle on the board.

Its pretty easy to convert the heat lances and blasters into haywire blasters, just add fins to the tops and bottoms of the barrel. The dark lance is a bit tougher to convert, but there are quite a few kits that come with haywire blasters out there. The talos kit for example comes with two.
