As in the title, I am trying to find a useful way to use my collection of Knight (4 full magnetized + a FW Acheron I can't use in ETC) and Dark Angels (I have almost anything I may need).
However I usually play with a lot of FW support (Dreadnought Mortis in particular) and I'm not used to the ETC mission... so any suggestion is appreciated.

So, any thought? The plan is simple: charge Turn 1 with one or more Gallant, keep pressure on opponent, score with DA while he/she blows up Knight by 3rd Turn, use as many stratagems as possible, and keep the troops for mid and late turns objective grabbing. Rhino allows to reduce deployment as little as 8 drop. Engage hordes with Rhino, shoot flyers with stratagems. I'm a little worried about durability, and probably I can improve my HQ selection and shave a little point here and there for some extra special weapons or equipment.

After the FAQ, this list has 19 CP and use 4 minimum for trait and relics before game (also have regeneration 5+)

I can't condone a place where abusers and abused are threated the same: it's destined to doom, so there is no reason to participate in it.

I see a problem in regards to your Warlords and heirlooms. You would not be able to have the dark angels warlord if you wanted to take the IK heirlooms. The stratagem for the knights to make them characters and give them a trait only makes them a warlord in regards to the trait, they are not truly your warlord (the stratagem states this), and you can only take heirlooms and relics belonging to the faction of your warlord. So you would either have to switch your warlord to a knight, or only take relics for Dangels.

I feel like some shooty knights or heavy support in the Dangels would do you good though. The gallants are great, but your list lacks a lot of heavy weapons. Your opponent only needs to get on top of some terrain or bring a good screen to counter the gallants. Then they can just blast your obsec units off the table. I could see fast armies with fliers also destroying this list, which with how Aeldari and Drukhari are now, is a pretty good possibility.

No, you are wrong. You can buy relics for DA characters, all you need is a valid DA detachment to unlock stratagems, and use the DA relic buying stratagem, whatever it is called. The warlord can be from a different faction, doesnt matter.

Who needs heavy weapons when you have 45 attacks with S8 AP-2 DD3 hitting on 2+ ? Who is going to run away from a knight who can advance 2D6+2, discarding lowest dice, and charge 3D6+2, discarding lowest dice ? Ok, being on top of a ruin can be a problem. You would need to use a stratagem to attack them.

I was referring to the IK relic stratagem, not the DA, considering they don't even have any relics in his list. However, upon looking at them now, I think he may be legal and there's an important distinction. All other factions stratagems for relics says 'your army may take an EXTRA relic', while the IK stratagem just says the knights get a relic, not that it is an extra one or otherwise. And the point still stands. Flying units would be a huge roadblock. Last I checked they can't scissor kick planes, however cool that would be to see, and as I said, anything fast and with the fly rule would be as well with terrain. They could simply kite them.

What’s your plan for other knights shadowswords and other tough vehicles/monsters. I see a serious lack of range damage, what happens when you have to slog through a couple small guys that are blocking your charge. A few heavy bolters and hope?
