I would cut one cultist squad to 10 modells and make the other one 30 modells. Tide of traitors still is a good stratagem and recycling 120 + pts is never a bad idea.
Also surprise 30 cultists are nice to have.

On the defiler, why are you using the Heavy flamer, i am curios.

Also why are you using the renegade trait for one detachment and then not really use fast units like bikers?
They profit way more from this.

Chaos marines players: "Since when are Daemonengines 30k models and why do i have NO droppods now?"
GW" MONEY.... erm i meant TOO MANY OPTIONS (to resell your army to you again by disalowing former units)! Do you want specific tyranid fighiting Primaris? Even a new sabotage lieutnant!"
Chaos players: Guess i stop playing or go to HH.

Thanks for the point on the cultists, no real reason for the flamers just more what was modelled can change if better suggestions, yeh I know the legion traits need tweaking the original list did involve chaos spawn more.

Well the 30 man cultist blob is better for the tide of traitors. bigger i wouldn't really go because melee will deny attacks for some of them.

Chaos spawn are good, either as min fast attack for a brigade or as a decent melee beast either way.

Defiliers as a whole are a tad inefficient, but they can output serious dakka and be reasonably tough with the warpsmith behind them.
I'd reccomend you put inferno rocket launchers on it. For 11 pts they are actually worth it for once. Technically you can put 2 on it for the combi flamer instead.

Hellbrutes are also better if equipped with dakka, since shooting frenzy exists as a stratagem.
Las preds are, well let's just say glass cannons.
