The only way a Shadowsword with Transport in the back can be used is as the Tormentor in Horus Heresy Games as the Iron Warriors Primarch personal Shadowsword...otherwise this good looking Sword cant be played that way and you need to take the complete Front back and close the Passenger compartment in the back to make a normal sword out of it im afraid :-(...
For fluff i would say this is a way stealers and Hybrids would organize some serious firepower and travel in style...are you planing some special rules for it ?
