I'm trying to upload a PDF file under Articles / Upload a File, but it's failing:

A system error has occurred. The error message is:
An unknown system error has occurred. The error message is: org.apache.commons.fileupload.FileUploadBase$IOFileUploadException: Processing of multipart/form-data request failed. /var/www/s/i/at/upload_27b3052b_1645b4045af__7ffa_00000006.tmp (Permission denied).

Previously, there was no issue uploading PDFs, but that was over a year ago. Did something change? Is there a restriction that I missed?

I saw this, but didn't reply as I honestly have no idea . It's just under the Articles section, right? That area needs a bit of a refresh, but that still seems like an odd bug...
