I was going to get ARMA3 and one of the Tom Clancy R6 games but many users said they had a huge learning curve

Nothing. I pondered over Total War Attila and Rome 2, but ultimately passed. Both feel a little dated, and the sheer quantity of DLC made them feel like they weren't really on sale at all.

I also ended up taking FF12 off my wish list rather than buy it. Just so don't have the time or patience for jRPG grind anymore, or the jumpy story and lack of interaction/choices.

I picked up Kingdom Come: Deliverance. Nothing else on my wishlist really appealed to me during the sale.

I got two of the crusader kings expansions i was missing and.... little witch academia. So not a lot, but also nothing i didn't want

And that last part is the important one to me

Not a lot this time around, I already got the stuff I want from previous sales or well.. the discount was either absent or not good enough to warrant a purchase right now.

I love Steam sales. They allow me to get games like the Assassin's Creed series, plus all their DLC, for a cheaper price than the original shell game.

LiS series, getting close ups on my favorite lez; TW Warhammer DLCs.

There’s this Early Access game called Troubleshooters that caught my eye. From what I’ve seen, it looks like a strange mix of Persona and X-Com with superpowers. Still need to give it a try, but it looks right up my alley.

I didn't pick up much. I have a massive backlog of games I still need to play, so I did not really feel the urge to buy anything new. Besides, I usually buy my games in Russia anyway, so I always have really cheap prices anyway, but which means that the summer sale doesn't feel that special. That said, I did pick up Arma 3 Apex.
