This is supposed to be a huge event, but GW is not exploring it (or exploiting it, for that matter). The galaxy is embroiled in war like it never was and we are seeing pitiful background information about it. I want to see the many battles fought during the crusade, like the Sabbat World Crusade that originated from Dan Abnett's novel series, but GW is not giving it. Where is the next campaign like the 13th Black Crusade or the End Times? Where is the new novel series? Where are all the expansion books like Valedor or Pandorax?

The new non-Ultramarines books have nothing to deal with this.

Why is GW not cashing in on this? I am seeing so much potential and would honestly love to have more of the Indomitus Crusade.

we're seeing a novel or two that deal with it come out in september. my gut feeling is that GW kept a lid on primaris Marines from most of their authors for awhile and as a result they've not had the chance to play in that sandbox yet. Now eneugh times passed that we're seeing the edge of new 40k novels dealing with it.

Basicly the indomatus crusade is too new, if GW wants to advance the storyline of 40k periodicly they've got their work cut out for them in managing the novel tie in process.

Opinions are not facts please don't confuse the two

Because their priority has clearly been to get all the codexes out. People ask "what's next" after all the Codexes for existing factions are out? Probably narrative stuff like this.

War of Secrets goes into fluff for the Tau and Primaris Dark Angels. The consensus seems to be that it is all bad for both armies though.

Its because they are probably waiting for the codex's to be released so there is not continuity errors. Plus it takes a long time to write a novel, they've only had about 6+ months since the crusade started.
