Hi all,

I've been wanting to post photos of some of my latest work, and despite everything I've tried, I can't seem to take a good photo. I don't have much at my disposal, I have a Samsung S7 Edge, which while a good phone with a good camera, simply doesn't seem to like taking photos of models. I've had two main problems with it; either the camera just doesn't focus enough, or the colours aren't defined; my Custodian bikers have a lovely transistion from dark red to yellow on the robes, yet on the camera it simply comes out as solid orange.

I've tried to take photos in the past with my dad's DSLR camera (which I don't really have access to having moved out), and there was really the same issue, although it was more the focus problem rather than the colour.

Does anyone have any good tips on how to improve this? Any particular settings that would help or photo apps that can resolve this issue, or even general advice such as lighting or setup?

Thanks
