Heya! Im returning to the hobby after what must be a 10 year break. Along the way i have lost, missplaces or simply thrown away my necron army. So im starting over, this time with tyranids, and oh man do i regrett my choise. I love the nids and the game, but there are soooo many models.. I work for 13-15 houers a day, 6 days a week on a old steam boat (dont ask) so time is hard to come by. I want to have a colour sheam i can do quick, yet have the colours i want. So om thinking of a wash based look. However i want my nids to have a light or bright pink carapace. Anyone got tips or experience making a pink wash?

Honestly, it would be just as quick to base the carapaces than create a wash. Spray white, wash skin seraphim sepia, paint carapace a bright pink, wash purple, dry brush pink. Done.
