I noticed in the new forgeworld index, that titans have the keyword “conclave” but I can’t find any fluff explanation as to what these conclaves are.

Does anyone know? Does this mean titans are aligned differently to other craftworld units, like imperial knightly houses or Titan legions?

I’m wondering if Eldar titans would have distinct colour schemes, or would they stick to craftworld ones?

Well I googled around and it didn't find much, apparently there is a fight about the fluff on Knights & Titans. FW says one thing GW says another. From what I was reading from a B&C post. Knights & Titans are mostly Exodite made and should have their own color schemes as they support a craftworld fight. The conclave thing seems to be pulled from EPIC where apparently 'twins' are needed to pilot titans and knights and the conclave is a group made up of twins for titan piloting. It's pretty vague to be honest especially with the two view points going on from FW and GW. I'm going to guess <conclave> in a nutshell is to nullify any abilities or buffs a titan might get from <craftworld>. They want to isolate the rules for Titans and possibly Knights more for better control. <Conclave> is more then likely just a Titan's only thing IMO. Some links you might want to read though.

Originally, Eldar Titans were organised into clans - still part of Craftworld society, but an insular sub-faction within it (rather like the Adeptus Mechanicus in the Imperium). The Knights came from the Exodite worlds, where they spent their time herding dinosaurs and fighting Imperial Knight houses.

Now, it seems (If you go by Imperial Armour: The Doom of Mymaera) that the titan crews are Aspect Warriors, with the Phantom pilots being Exarchs (not sure what the deal with the Warlock titan is). The Wraithknight is piloted by a pair of twins, one living and one in a soulstone. the Wraithknight machine itself looks similar to the Fire Gale or Towering Destroyer from Epic, but its unclear if the Exodite Knights have been retconned away.

They aren't Aspect Warriors just pilots. Like how it's a guardian piloting a Falcon.
