Hi, so I jumped in on Soul Wars and while I like the new Stormcast (the tabards/robes give them a much more dynamic feel) I'm not a huge fan of the shields.

I know GW released upgrade packs with various shields, shoulder plates, etc. but I don't think $12 for 3 round shields is much of a deal. Any ideas on where I could find appropriately sized round shields?

I prefer to buy from miniature manufacturers that *don't* support the overthrow of democracy.

If you pick up.some 2mm foamed pvc, a cookie cutter and a hammer.you could.make your own really easily. The pvc can also be scored really easily if you want to make them look like planks fitted together.

Please excuse any spelling errors. I use a tablet frequently and software keyboards are a pain!

Try looking at "historical" miniatures ranges.

Oh those Wargames Foundry ones are perfect - the Argonaut shields look good.

I'll try them out at post some pics when I get my new sequitors done.

It may sound nuts, but checkout replacement jacket buttons on ebay or at your local craft store. There are some pretty neat ones out there!
