Anyone know how the officers let Rob play his beast claw army as it equals 2010 pts and not 2000?

Do they let you go over pts a bit? Seems a bit unfair.

A google search says it was 1990.

Its 2010. Rob has since gone public acknowledging that his army was 10 points too much because the builder was wrong and he has forfeited his tournament win and is sending the trophy back.
