Hello guys i want to create a very competitive 2000 points blood angels list and i want some help.
I am not an experienced player i mostly like to paint but i would like to play competitivly.
I have a general layout of what i want in my list and i have read a lot of threads and watched tournament lists for what is good,
Please just shatter my mind with tips, tactics, strategy and information.
This is what i have been thinking so far. I want it to be a mostly melee list that gets up in their face and kicks their teeth in quickly.


I want to have Chapter Master Slamguinius because he seems to be very powerful must include.
A big unit of Sanguinary Guard. Should i take axes or swords?
A big unit of jump pack assault Death Company. What weapons should i give them. Im thinking of giving them a mix of power fists, swords and axes and perhaps inferno pistols but what is the best?
4*5 Intercessors because they are tough and seems to be the best choise for taking objetives.


Should i run the list in two battalions that seems to be the most common.
I have been thinking of perhaps running a Fire Raptor.
I have also been thinking of the three special characters Lemartes, Sanguinor and Mephiston. Should i include any of them they seem powerful.
What psyker should i run and what bodyguards should i give to my characters?
