Ultramarine Master with Gauntlets of Macragge

I was just at my buddy Dylan's place for his birthday Ham Slam, a mini casual "tournament" held at his house. I brought my House Lakar Knights for a trio of 1k games.

My list consisted of:
Knight Crusader (Duchess Silas Magellan, Piloting the Auric Might) - Thermal Cannon, Avenger Gatling Cannon, Heavy stubber, Heavy Flamer, Twin Icarus Autocannon (Warlord, had the 4++ trait and Endless Fury or whatever the neato gatling cannon is)
Armiger Helverin (Lucelle Lakar, piloting Titania) - Heavy Stubber
Armiger Helverin (Dorian Krail, piloting Redemption) - Heavy Stubber
Armiger Warglaive (Gwendolane Jor, piloting Wardog) - Heavy Stubber

The missions were a bit wild. Here's game 1!
Game 1
We rolled up 8 scrap counters and scattered them around the table. I was hoping to secure as many as I could at the end of the game with my Armigers and focus down his vehicles with my more powerful weaponry.

I started against Kyle's Death Guard. Last time I played DG was with my Templars and they just wouldn't die, let's see how they do!

My army moved up and shot up his two vehicles, damaging both but killing neither. Auric Might gunned down most of a Plague Marine squad as well, leaving just one man alive. The Death Guard moved up themselves, and fired ineffectively at my army.

The Helverins stayed back and in cover while my Crusader and Warglaive moved up the left flank. Wardog tried to flank the Plagueburst Crawler, but got blasted by overwatch and took 6 wounds after failing her charge.

Even after some good saving rolls, Wardog went down to Plague Marine shooting, but Auric Might continued to put the pressure on.

She reliably wiped an infantry unit out per turn, and did some damage to the vehicles and his Chaos Lord's bodyguard.

That is, until she came to grips with the Chaos Lord and stomped him into the dirt:

The last of the Death Guard infantry holed up in a ruin:

Meanwhile, some Deathshroud Terminators dropped in the backfield and started chewing up my Helverins. I proceeded to do a dance with the two of them, falling back and trying to cover each other. Turns out Death Guard Terminators in cover are really hard to kill!

Auric Might continues to clean up the Death Guard backfield

This one Plague Marine is my hero, he makes every save for 4 turns until he finally bites it at the top of 5

The Deathshrouds fell Titania and eventually Redemtion as well

The game ends with two models on the table, as I just couldn't quite kill that Terminator!

We roll on the scrap table at the end and I get a 1, netting me a negative victory point, and Kyle rolls a 6, giving him a bunch! I do still get a few points for Linebreaker and killing 3 Troops choices, but despite nearly tabling him it is a Death Guard victory!
