Here the idea is to drop the bloodletters in front of the enemy turn 2 maybe drop the plaguebearers on an objective. DP with crawlers moving forward. Be'lakor and morty moving together for first turn charge of morty.

Although I'm a fan of bloodletter bombs I like your first list better. It has more synergy with Epidemius (Huge fan of him) and I never liked belakor because he is so expensive for what he brings to the table :-).

Yes, especially when the cumulative buff becomes +1 to toughness, I had a experience that when that happens, even a full squad of Ultramarine hellblasters near Guilliman will have a very hard time taking down those self-propelled plague mortars.

I think list one works best too. I've used Belakor a lot and he's got one good charge in him and then he's not tough enough to take much punishment.
I'd look for a way to change out those plaguespitters for the entropy cannons so you have range coherency with the mortar. Plus you'll spend a while getting them into flamer range with anything useful.

Yeah, go with the first version, and with epidemus

I usually also have one PBC with entropy cannons to stay on a back objective. The other two advance forward. Once those spitters are str 8 (even 9 with poxbringer nearby) they start to hurt ;-)
