Playing around with list ideas, I'd like to abuse hit modifiers with Seers and Warlock support. I'm trying to get as cheesy as possible while incorporating as many Harlequins as I can.

Here's what I've come up with so far:

Soaring spite battalion

Shadowseer (Warlord: Player of the twilight)
-fog of dreams
-veil of tears
- or twilight pathways

Troupe master
-fusion
- caress

3x5 Troupes with 3 fusion/all caress
1x10 Troupe with 7 caress

Solitaire

6x skyweavers
- 6xhaywire/6xzephyr

3x starweavers

Alaitoc Battalion

Warlock skyrunner
-enhance/drain
-witchblade
Warlock skyrunner
- empower/innervate
-witchblade

5x3 rangers (obj holders)

6x shining spears

I want to bait shots with footslogging Harlies, have Seer support with neg modifiers or Twilight pathways if there's sufficient cover.
Considering picking up a second jester over the Troupe master, I'm 30 points short atm so could afford it. Also considering Crimson Hunter Exarchs over the shining spears.

Thoughts?

Cheers!

The footslogging troop will only draw a bit of fire before falling in shreds. They really aren’t that tough even at -1 3+, also I would try to fit in a farseer for doom

Couple things I would do that should spare you a chunk of points.

Soaring Spite is my favorite Masque, just make sure you remember their strength. IMO you have way more Caresses than you need. Taking 2-3 per Troupe is usually enough, fusion should be the bigger focus. IMO you're falling for the trap of putting too many upgrades on the Troupes.
You can also drop a couple Zephyr and save 12 points. It's a good weapon but it's ok to have a couple bikes that are running cheaper.

Twilight Pathways is far and away the best power, always take that one. My guys are always mounted so I don't have as much use for Fog and Veil, but I think Twilight and Veil is probably best for you.

Can't really comment on the Craftworld portion, I'm a Harlequin/Dark Eldar guy.

Sometimes, you just gotta take something cause the model is freakin cool...

I would drop the foot slogging troupe for a farseer skyrunner. Doom is pretty invaluable and it will work for the harlequins too. Make sure you bring quicken on one of your warlocks so you can get the shining spears where you need them. Sometimes just moving 40'' to hide in cover is worth it. Any extra points you have from dropping the foot troupe could be spent on more shining spears.

Dark Eldar: 1000
Harlequins: 1000
Raven Guard: 1500

Too many cc for my liking.
Imagine the first round.
Your army will approach the enemy front ranks as fast as possible.
But your shooting will be minimal.
Better have some shooty units which could eliminate or downgrade some shooty enemy units to keep your cc specialists safe and dry.
