Subject: How Elephants made Warhammer (plastic injection moulding)
So I thought this was a very neat and well put together video on the subject of plastic injection moulding for any who might not really know how its done.
There are also several videos at the end which detail other parts of the process by other authors, gives an idea of how complicated, expensive and big some of the work is!
Also we've been calling things wrong it seems (although this might just be a difference between US and UK terminology) as it would seem that its instead Runners that we cut the model parts from (cutting at the gate) and its the parting line we spend ages scraping/cleaning off not the mould line!
