OK, I got this Land Raider that I took, and then I found what looked to be some sort of Top of another kind of tank with size holes, three on each side on two different sides of it.
After finding a suitable looking gun, ( a twin linked las tank cannon I found) I decided to put these parts from a dead tree kit inside the holes in the back. They are not glued yet but are dry fitted in and it looks like It might make for a kind of interesting aesthetic, especially if I can find something to make it look like the tree parts have green leafy stuff on them.

But, it raided a question, Would orks be into gardening or planting trees at all? Why would plants be growing out of a tank some orks repatched back together again? What do you guys think?

They have green fingers, so obviously.

More seriously, though, fungus is more in keeping with an Orky aesthetic than trees. But I could see a particularly eccentric Mekboy using trees as part of some wacky photosynthetic solar power charger for his 'kustomized' ride. Maybe they're there to power the lascannon... sorry, I mean the 'deff-zappaz'.

A little bit of righteous anger now and then is good, actually. Don't trust a person who never gets angry.

Put a treehouse on the top. It could have been an overgrown, rotting carcass of a tank put back together by a Mekboy, a tree trunk could have been used to gain more height in lieu of a missing turret, or it could be a super greenfingered Ork - in which case maybe some bits from Slimux could help give a gardening look!

I imagine Runtherder's take care of plants and such. They are mentioned as taking care of Snottlings, Grots, Squigs, and newly spawned Orks. Since Spawning Shrooms are a thing I assume that they fall under a Runtherer's purview.

Additionally Painboyz and Weirdboyz might harvest plants.

Lastly, Snakebites perhaps have a lot of Mekboyz who work with wooden vehicles and other forms of natural building materials.
