Hello everyone, been several years since I posted on dakka but I have recently encountered a problem which I need help with. I am currently making my own Renegades and heretics codex to be used in battlescribe. however I cannot save my progress because I have an error in my Data editor. (something which I will have accidently put in). Is there a quick way I can find this error so I can fix it? I don't want to waste several hours work because I couldn't save my progress because of this.
thanks in advance.

Damn, what I ended up doing was coping over the data I had made into another army list data file. but had I not had a copy of the original I reckon I would have been screwed.

Unless it has changed, at the bottom of the Editor it will have a little yellow triangle and a brief description on the error.
Example:
/\ Link must have target that exists

If you click on the error, it will take you right to it.

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.
