the rulebook states that in a patrol detatchment you may take a dedicated transport for "each other choice". Does this mean that I can spam razorbacks/rhino per HQ choice for instance? I was looking into giving my inquisitors a rhino and a razorback respectively from a patrol detatchment of grey knights (as per the "by authority of the inquisition" rule). Currently the detatchment include a terminator squad, a brotherhood champion and a dreadnought. Can I get a dedicated transport for each of theese units taken? IE 3 rhinos for examples.

It means exactly what it says. If you have 1HQ and 1 Troop, you can take up to two Dedicated Transports. If you have 3 HQs and 1 Troop, you can take up to 4 DT.
