Started on my new army. My first models are ready. Here are some pics :

The base is first painted in upgrading dark blue to blue-green-white because the water effect is half translucent.
Then I applied Vallejo water effect (pacific blue)
High lighted the waves with (thinned) white.

I tried the opaque foam effect from vallejo, but I find thinned normal white paint to give a better effect for this purpose.
