So I really love my chaos war mammoth. He's 100% always worth 320 points. Not just for the pure devastation, but because he gives people stress fits and causes them to make tons of mistakes and leaves the rest of my army be. However, my campaign opponents are beginning to list build against it so I need to come up with some alternate builds to keep them on their toes.

Mr. Peanut is 320 points. If I want to swap him out, I'm wondering what would be equally effective or at least close to effective. My current list:

Mr. Cuddles - Great Unclean One with bell and flail and the witherstaff
Mr. Festus
Ron Jeremy - Lord of Blights - gives my blight kings a missile attack (meh) but the command ability that mirrors the plague bearers ability plus stacks with plague bearers ability is gross
----------------------
30 Plague Bearers
30 Plague Bearers
5 Blight Kings
5 Blight Kings

320 points left over which is often the mammoth.

Some ideas:
Demon Prince of Nurgle with some kind of artifact (in campaign, writing 1000 words between cycles gets me another artifact). Decent offensive output. 3+ save, 160 pts. I can see me getting this.
Chaos Knights of nurgle are mobile, but lack real hitting power. I love my models but they just aren't very effective so probably not.
Chaos Warriors of nurgle. I like these for the ability to withstand mortal wounds but again would be lacking any offensive power. I love the models and love their durability but I need something that has some punch.

A pair of princes is an option. Thats 320 points.

What other combos can you think of that give me the offensive punch my army lacks. Blight Kings can be punchy but their ability depends on rolling 6s and additionally without rend high armored targets often laugh at them. Mr Peanut's ability to bring a ton of mortal wounds plus rending attacks that do a boat load of damage makes him a star.

Nothing will be as strong as the mammoth. But your best alternative is Spume & friends.

Road to Renown! It's like classic Path to Glory, but repaired, remastered, expanded! https://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/778170.page

I chose an avatar I feel best represents the quality of my post history.

I try to view Warhammer as more of a toolbox with examples than fully complete games.

I also got a Gutrot and 5 Blightkings for the outflanking. they're not super killy but definitely gives the enemy's backfield something to deal with, making up for lack of speed.

Man, I want me a Mammoth real bad though, especially with the rumored Slaves to Darkness Tome coming out.

I might recommend 2 Slaanesh Princes for the surprise attacks before an enemy strikes you. That would help mitigate counter attacks big time....I'm making those to ally with my Legion of Azgorh. Though I do like the sound of a Nurgle DP with an artefact and they'd benefit from the Cycle of Corruption. Hard to argue with that.

Spume and his buddies are pretty valuable.

Just to have something pop out on the edges to take objectives or harass your opponent's weaker units or to help generate contagion points by getting into your enemy's territory is pretty helpful.

Blight kings need a 8 instead of a 9 to charge with the musician if you deployed them 9 inches away from an enemy unit. That is helpful. If you have a command point handy, you can re-roll charge because spume will be next to them. You just may get that charge off the moment you spawn.
