I've been interested in 40k for years now, but only now started seriously trying to get in to TT, I'm trying to plan my first army and they're going to be the night lords and I was wondering if this was a good start:
15x csm I plan on breaking in to 5 man squads

5x warp talons

1x hell brute

1x Night lord chaos lord

3x chaos bikers

Also I was wondering what paints I should buy to paint them properly

G'day! Welcome to Dakka and to the hobby! It's a great hobby to get into.

That sounds like a great start! You've also got the Night Lords Conversion Pack if you want to go the extra mile.

For paints I'd suggest either Citadel or Vallejo paints. There is some great painting tutorials on Games Workshop's YouTube channel. If you want to follow along with these then Citadel paints might be a better option, otherwise Vallejo is another great choice!

Have fun and good luck!

Hi,

Welcome to Dakka

Hey welcome to Dakka.

Occupied with my truck project: I made the right choice with kmc wheels and toyo tires.
