Well the obvious slaanesh /doubleshot stratagem is somehing that is kinda the meta for them,
I don't see how WE would benefit them, you could still use VoTL if you have a bad shooting phase but even then not really usefull.

I mean as a dedicated disruption and AT unit it certainly will help you.

A Mostly Renegades and Heretics blog.
GW:"Space marines got too many options to balance, therefore we decided to legends HH units."
Players: "why?!? Now we finally got decent plastic kits and you cut them?"
Chaos marines players: "Since when are Daemonengines 30k models and why do i have NO droppods now?"
GW" MONEY.... erm i meant TOO MANY OPTIONS (to resell your army to you again by disalowing former units)! Do you want specific tyranid fighiting Primaris? Even a new sabotage lieutnant!"
Chaos players: Guess i stop playing or go to HH.

Well keep in mind that, with World Eaters, they would have 12 attacks on the charge. Not a lot, but that might kill possible leftovers...

If you want to keep them Khorne, then consider getting a daemon detachment. This gets you access to the Crimson Crown relic, which gives extra hits to all Khorne daemons on a 6+ wound roll. Obliterators are Khorne daemons. With the VotLW stratagem you’re generating extra hits on a 5+. With some decent rolls you can match or even beat Slaanesh Obliterators for 2 less CP and you’re keeping it Khorne.
