Hi guys.. i finished a new miniature for our pen and paper group.
After seeing the champion of the emperor I was totally in love . He surely would make a nice dungeon boss. I tried to make him look like an obsessed fighter. Tried lightning or glow effects for the first time. At the moment I'm still unsure about the base and a backpack. But so far the miniature is done. I hope you like it as much as I do :-)

If you have any ideas or advises on what to do to improve my skill, please let me know. I'm quiet new to this.

Greetings, For the base You might do tile work for the dungeon setting.

For the back pack You might want to pick a color that matches one of the color elements already on the model.

Shield looks cool! The loin cloth has cool looking colors!
The high lighting on the loin cloth looks great!
The gems looks well done.

Also consider simply buying Renedra cobblestone or flagstone bases - and glue him directly to it. Far easier/faster than attempting to sculpt or craft your own bases. I wish they had been around before I started my 150+ dungeon crawl minis...
