Somewhere in south-central England.

A short but interesting interview with the director and Alex Winter, who played Bill.

The film was on TV at the weekend, and I watched a bit of it. I've seen it so many times, and I still think it's a really good popular (i.e. not art) film which has a lot of heart and stands up today.

I'm writing a load of fiction. My latest story starts here... This is the index of all the stories...

We're not very big on official rules. Rules lead to people looking for loopholes. What's here is about it.

On moon miranda.

That was cool, love me some Bill and Ted.

Fun fact, my office aquarium creatures are all named after Excellent Adventure characters

IRON WITHIN, IRON WITHOUT.

New Heavy Gear Log! Also...Grey Knights!
The correct pronunciation is Imperial Guard and Stormtroopers, "Astra Militarum" and "Tempestus Scions" are something you'll find at Hogwarts.

I loved the "Woah" reference in the Matrix when Neo first sees Morpheus jump across the buildings.
Be cool to see what Bill & Ted are up to today.

They're apparently planning to start filming part 3 in January or something.

Absolutely a classic.

Warm hearted and just daft, without being dumbass or vulgar (I mean, I like vulgar, but not universally. Adam Sandler...)

I normally hate time travel films, but this one is an exception.

I even like Bogus Journey!

The main characters' time in Hell freaked me out as a kid. The original is a favorite of mine, right up there with Ghostbusters and Top Gun in terms of 80's nostalgic cheese.

Excellent Adventure is one of the first films I remember seeing in the cinema - along with the Adventures of Baron Munchausen. I still think it's one of my favourites. Moreso now, since I get more of the gags.

One of the first movies you saw at a cinema was the Adventures of Baron Von Munchausen!
