GW's stance has historically been that they don't want a 1:1 computer game version, as it could hurt model sales.
That said, the newest new Space Hulk game looks pretty 1:1, to the point that it looks spectacularly boring. However a lot of that is a lack of animations, art and decent sound/music assets to take advantage of the fact that it's a computer game (much like the Talisman ports- it doesn't have to have a terrible UI, but that was a design decision they made.).
As for BFG... eh? 'Make enough money to be worth it' is a pretty complex subject. It depends how much money goes in, and how well it gets out to the market.
Given BFG 1 was kind of pants, and BFG 2 is coming out around January (with more factions and 3 campaigns), it seems fairly moot. With a new RTS version dropping at the beginning of the year, they aren't going to do a turn based version any time soon.
