Subject: Need help deciding on whether to print rules for Necromunda?

Guys, I went to FedEx Kinkos this morning to ask them about printing the PDF online rules for Necromunda. The one on Reddit that combines everything and makes it easier to learn the rules. Well, its 254 pages and FedEx wants $150 to print it double sided, color, with spiral binding. Should I do it? I have the Necromunda core set, and if I buy Gang War 1 through 4 separately that will be about $120. It just seems like a lot of money. What would you all do? What happens when Gang War 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, etc., come out? I cant keep reprinting everything. Just wish the rules were not so messy, would not have to print it all. I appreciate the help and advice!

Absolutely not! That is a ridiculous price! To begin with, you don't need to print it in color. The only color in the whole document is the colored bands in some of the tables and those will come out fine in B&W.

Okay, went back to the store, they will print everything in black and white with Coil binding for $25 US dollars. That is much better. Picking it up tomorrow! Thanks for the advice!!

I've printed it personally on double pages (not the reddit version but my own, similar but only 130 pages). And it never becomes perfect! Maybe it will be perfect for weeks or a couple of months. But sooner or later, they completely change something, like the next Gang War book or Cults v2 pdf or something else.
I would say print it and enjoy it as fast as you can

I might've waited until that compilation was updated with gang war 5. But it doesn't sound like you paid too bad a price in the end.

Guys, I wanted to wait, but I just got the core set and everyone is saying on the forums that the rulebook from the starter and gang war 1 are completely obsolete.
By the way the rules are not that bad. My goodness, people made it out like it the rules were impossible to comprehend. Looking forward to playing.

Rules aren’t bad. The core plus GW1 are pretty decent in fact. What torqued off many of us was the drip feed release coupled with ever changing stats and prices for weapons and equipment.

GW1? It's almost entirely been replaced, there's hardly any pages there still valid except for the 3d rules. I summarized the contents of GW1 still in use to roughly 8 pages.
