Don't forget that having a warscroll battalion grants you an extra magical item! My favorites are the Pendant of the Fell Wind (+3 Movement to units wholly within 12 inches), the Midnight Tome (turns a hero into a spellcaster, or lets a spellcaster cast an additional spell each round), and the Headsman's Judgement for a killy character such as a Knight of Shrouds.
Re: Beacon of Nagashizzar: I would be inclined to use the Lightshard of the Harvest Moon instead, as the Chainguard battalion is already boosting your Spectral Lure by a lot. The Lightshard is one use only, but it seems perfect for that one crushing blow from which the enemy will not recover.
Your percentage of heroes is higher than what I would use, but I admit I'm not too experienced with Nighthaunt yet. I've found that Chainrasps were a very good value, especially when boosted by nearby heroes; in my small number of games so far, they've served me better than my Grimghast Reapers.
Cannot really comment on the Black Coach and Myrmourn Banshees, as I have never used them, but I would rather have more troops than a Black Coach. For such a high-priced model, I would expect the Black Coach to be more killy and/or to play a bigger support role to the rest of the army.
I approve of your choice of spells. Shademist and Soul Cage are nifty.
