First thing I notice is your Electro Priests and lack of transport and/or forge world stratagem that would benefit them. That's a lot of points tied up in a unit thats essentially going to slow march their way into the ground. Even if you plan to keep them back as Cawl's bodyguards, cheaper Rangers would work.

I'd ditch the E.Priests for more Vanguard w/ plasmas, and lose the plasma in the Ranger squad for another Transuranic arquebus. Or you could even ditch the second Ranger squad entirely, add another arquebus to the first squad and go for more Vanguard all around.
