Bigger is generally considered a DISadvantage due to being less likely to hide behind stuff, so I don't really see an issue. Basing them on 25mm is definitely a good idea, however.
But unless you already have a bunch and are itching to use them, I'd go with Marauders instead

Thats also another issue, keeping the 32mm base brings up the bubblewrap thing. People WILL call you out on it, since it makes them particularly massive for 4 points.
