Always mark your stuff. It doesn't cost you anything, and they key words can give you a lot of new options to increase your power. Take your Sorcerer for instance, there are 3 god specific powers available if he is marked, IIRC Miasma, Weaver, and Delightful Agonies. Each of them gives a powerful durability buff which can be applied to one of your units (provided they share the same mark). On the same token, your Havocs can be marked Slaanesh, and thus gain access to the Endless Cacophony Strategem- which really begins to take off when its combined with Veterans of the Long War and Prescience. Playing Iron Warriors doesn't mean you can't take any marks, it just means you aren't limited in what marks you can take- like EC and WE are.

I'm not sure how I feel about your 5 man Chaos Space Marine squads. They are pretty small, frail, and without a transport will have a difficult time getting into range to do stuff. I would probably drop the third squad and buy a Rhino for them with those points. That way you can run 2x5 in a Rhino to actually deliver your Plasma to rapid fire range and the Rhino will add a bit more mobility and target saturation with your other vehicles. The other option is to just run more Cultists to do chaff things. Get in the way of charges, cut off deep strike to valuable targets, or hunker down on an objective.

Plasma pistol isn't ideal on your Warp Smith because of the weapon rules. You are better off with a combi weapon. Current shooting rules say you can shoot all ranged weapons *or* all pistols. So if you had a combi flamer / melta you could shoot that alongside his other guns, wheras the pistol will only help you if you are in combat.

Reaper Auto Cannon is pretty terrible on a Hellbrute. You are better off either dropping the Brute entirely, finding points for the Twin Las Cannons (or at least the Plasma Cannon) or going Double Fist.

Anyway, the list should play fine. The Hellforged Scorpius alone should pull you along, as that tank is a bit overpowered. From experience I rate the Scorpius as having a larger impact on games than even Leviathan Dreads. The Scorpius has great ranged, can be hard to get, and fires a lot of shots with a profile that can threaten almost everything.

I see what you mean about marks, I'll take that into consideration.

I'm not terribly worried about the small Marine units. Most people tend to ignore them until they need the objective they're sitting on.

I actually forgot about the pistol rules, duely noted.

Reaper is on the HB because I plan on spamming Fire Frenzy with it. On anything T7 or less.

For transport, I'd considered a Spartan or regular LR but they're so expensive.
