really love the storm eagle model, and have several, so thought about making an army with special rules for it, aka the minotaur marines. Rules for Moloc the chapter master are nice but pricy, so I need to maximize his rule (reroll charge bubble). So with 2 storm eagles, I need 2 detachment and fill each with 14 marines or close.
So one eagle get Moloc and 10 vanguard with power lance and shields. As well as 2 honor guards (with lances). Sgt with hammer in both squad to add some punch.
Other eagle get a chaplain and another unit of vanguard.
Need something on the ground turn 1 and to camp objectives, so 3 units of scouts snipers.
One psyker on the ground to deny (and use null zone to help against knights, characters) on bike to get where he needs.
Plasma on psyker and chaplain, because I had pts left.
And pick salamander for chapter trait (not perfect, as the vanguard will only use the refill to wound, being near moloc).

Strategy is mostly a charge on turn 2 on the least mobile part of the ennemy, with the eagles providing the dakka (with 26 shots of anti tank goodness) and the scouts going camping.
Any unit that would do the job better than vanguards? Anything missing (apart from zero anti horde)?
