Hey, I'm a 6th edition WFB player from Canada. currently building at least a 4k point army of each race. My main would be Undead, whether Vampire Counts or Tomb Kings. Also have Bretonnia, Ogre Kingdoms, Skaven, Dwarfs, Empire, Lizardmen. Working on High Elves and should have a huge Orcs and Goblins army around Christmas. Been playing since 4th edition in my teens. Tried all the editions, found 6th to be where I had the most enjoyment. Started a rather large community locally already.

Vampire Counts 12,000 pts Tomb Kings 5,000 pts
Skaven 9,500 pts Ogre Kingdoms 7,000 pts
High Elves 8,800 pts
Bretonnia 8,000 pts
Empire 7,500 pts Lizardmen 6,000 pts
Dwarfs 10,000 pts Chaos 18,500 pts
Wood Elves 10,000 pts Dark Elves 7,000 pts
Orcs and Goblins 9,500 pts Dogs of War 5,000 pts.

Older Old School WFB - nice!

Interesting to here that you've got a thriving local scene for it too - excellent!

I'm jealous, as ranked up large scale battles are...not easy to find anymore.

Welcome to Dakka Dakka!

Now, bring on the Doppel-welcome-gängers!

Hi,

Welcome to Dakka

IceAngel wrote:I must say Knightley, I am very envious of your squiggle ability. I mean, if squiggles were a tactical squad, you'd be the sergeant. If squiggles were an HQ, you'd be the special character. If squiggles were a way of life, you'd be Doctor Phil...

It´s nice to hear that there are still people around keeping WFB alive. I also started to play WFB in 4th and have still fond memories of all the varied colourful templates and high-flying monsters. What kind of vampire clan do you use to lead your undead minions into battle?

I have all five families with their own unique flavoured army lists. lol. But my main through 5th was Blood Dragon. Currently using Nechrarch list with Zacharias to add some insane magic to the mix. I do want to try out my new Blood Dragon Bretonnian undead army. Tons of Grave Guard, Black Knights, and legions of skeletons
