I've not done VS stormcast (I will do at some point because its the basic opposite to deamonettes); but in general if you look at the summary of the maths I've posted there it gives you the two things you want to focus on when dealing with Daughters:
1) Heroes - kill/snipe them if you can. Without buffs they are powerful, with them they are even more so. Hag queens should be one of your prime early targets to take out their buff support. If you can't take it out try to tangle or slow it so that it can't keep up with the rest of the army.
2) Charges - if they are double daggers they really need to make that first charge on your forces to do damage. So you can try to out manoeuvre them so that you get the charge and get to deal damage first.
If they have bucklers they are going to be harder to deal with because in charge or defence if you start swinging hits they are going to bite back with mortal wounds.
3) As an additional point - range. Daughters have some decent ranged options, but its not where the faction shines. So you can try to abuse that and gun them down before they reach you; or at least take the edge off them. Of course with Khinerai swooping around you want to make sure you don't leave your archers unprotected. Khinerai are deadly, but crumble with only 1 wound and a 5+ save if you can hit them.
4) Morathi is a powerhouse, but also because of her wound mechanic once you'd done your 3 wounds a turn you can basically ignore her unless you're going to stop her moving by tangling her in close combat. You can shut down her magic by forcing her to change by getting damage on her , but otherwise just remember the limits on damaging her and don't devote too much damage her way once your near or at that limit.
Daughters are essentially a glass cannon, close combat army, though they can be pretty tough with the right temple, they are still not as durable as many others. So the best way to tackle them is with range, getting the charge on them or trying to tarpit their large number of attacks.
